  A 57 section subdivision site on the edge of the Motueka estuary is planned. Stage I comprising 17 sections is currently under construction and will be available in autunm 2012.   

• Champion Road, Richmond
  Stages I and II are now sold. We have further land in the area which we intend to subdivide.

• Waimeha, Richmond-Nelson
